If your Bar Rewards promo code field is blank, or you received an error message in the email, you probably need to update your 👑 Bar Rewards location on your account.
In order to remain enrolled in the employee Bar Rewards program and receive weekly reward credits, each member must have their work venue validated in the system. Occasionally, venue information may need to be re-validated after a long period of inactivity, but this most often occurs if your venue gets a new or upgraded jukebox, or if your venue goes with a new jukebox operator/vendor.
To update your 👑 Bar Rewards location:
- Visit the TouchTunes Connect webpage (https://connect.touchtunes.com)
- Sign in using your TouchTunes account credentials
- Tap "Join Location" or "Add New Location"
- Follow the instructions to register your new jukebox
- Tap the 3 dots quick action menu next to your new venue, and select "👑 Make this my Bar Rewards location"
