If your Bar Rewards emails aren't being delivered to your main inbox, here are a couple troubleshooting steps we recommend to fix this:
1. Add TouchTunes email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list:
barrewards@touchtunesmail.com
hello@touchtunesmail.com
TouchTunes Bar Rewards emails and other important messages will ALWAYS be sent from one of these addresses.
2. Unmark TouchTunes emails as spam from your spam folder:
- Open your spam/junk or trash folder
- Find a previous TouchTunes Bar Rewards email
- Report as “Not Spam” or "Not Junk"
The exact process may differ depending on your email service provider, but emails in these folders should have a similar option after tapping and holding, using the "More" quick action menu, or right-clicking when using a desktop/laptop.
Both options should allow our messages to get into the correct inbox. If your issue continues, we recommend reaching out to your email service provider to let them know you need assistance configuring your inbox to receive emails from TouchTunes.
