When you play a song, it is added to the jukebox song queue for the Place you're currently checked into, and will play as soon as its turn arrives. Keep in mind that Fast Pass ⚡ songs will play first before standard song plays.
In some cases, our ability to provide these services may be affected by one of any number of factors - such as the Internet connection, the ability of location staff to control or switch the audio source, and the length of the queue in which a song is placed.
Check the song queue to confirm if your songs are still listed under "Up Next" - your song might be coming up!
If the audio playing at your Place differs from what the TouchTunes app shows is Now Playing, please let a staff member know and tap the "Contact Us" button below so we can make this right for you!
