In the event of an issue with the physical jukebox hardware – such as distorted/muted audio, a video/touchscreen issue, or an on-screen error message – please let the venue management know so they can escalate the issue to the owner/operator of the jukebox! Typically, the owner/operator's contact info can be found on a sticker or badge on the front or side of the jukebox, or on another vending/amusement device in the venue.
