Double check your current Place to make sure you've selected the right venue! You can return to the Place tab and use the map to select your new venue if you're bar-hopping, or moved from one venue to another.
If you've selected the right Place, but the audio system still doesn't match what the TouchTunes app shows is "Now Playing", notify the venue staff - they may have the audio switched to another source, or they may just need to crank up the volume! 🎵
