Double check your current Place to make sure you've selected the right venue! If you aren't sure, you can check the Activity tab on your Profile to confirm when and where your song was played:

  1. Tap the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap "Activity"
  3. Your most recent song plays will appear at the top, showing the Place and time your song was selected 

If you've selected the right Place, but the audio system still doesn't match what the TouchTunes app shows is "Now Playing", notify the venue staff - they may have the audio switched to another source, or they may just need to crank up the volume! 🎵
