If you see a particular song that is greyed out or displays the message "Currently unavailable at this place" when trying to select it, that song is filtered and not permitted to be played at the Place where you're currently checked-in.

Music filters are intended to keep the music (and vibes) appropriate for a given Place. Filters can be set up to exclude certain content (i.e. specific songs or artists, styles or genres, or music labeled as explicit content) during specified times of the day.

Filters are managed by venue management, the jukebox owner, or are set at the corporate level for large brands. For more information, or to request a change to a Filter, please speak with venue management.
