You'll be able to log in to the app by tapping the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar and then tapping Start Playing. On the pop-up menu, tap the option to log in with your existing account that uses:
- Google©
- Facebook©
- Apple ID©
- Your email and password
If you aren't sure how your account was created or with which email address, check your email for any TouchTunes credit purchase receipts - these will always be sent to the address associated with your account!
If you know your email address, but you’ve forgotten your password, don't worry! You can reset your password at the log in screen by following these instructions:
- Tap the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap “Play TouchTunes”
- Tap “Log In with Email"
- Tap “Forgot password?”
- Enter your account email address and tap “Next”
- Check your email for a password reset link – be sure to check your spam folder!
Follow the instructions within the link to reset your password! Please remember to use the “Log in with email” option when you return to the app.
NOTE: Third party accounts, such as Facebook© or Apple ID©, are not able to have their passwords reset this way. Password changes or other account updates must be done through those services. If you reset your password using the email address where you receive TouchTunes emails, but you haven't received a password reset email, it may have been created using a third party account.
