Your TouchTunes Credits are stored in your Wallet 💰 associated with your account. Your Credit balance will automatically update when you play songs or purchase more credits on any device.

While logged in, you can view your account activity by following these steps:

  1. Tap the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap "Activity"
  3. Your song play history for the last 90 days will be displayed, with the most recent activity at the top.

If you don't see any history, or the history visible doesn't match what you expect to see, you may be logged into the wrong account. You can log out, then log back in to a different account by following these steps:

  1. Tap the "Profile" tab on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap Settings  at the top right corner (the gear icon)
  3. Tap "Log Out", then tap "Confirm" to log out of the account
  4. Tap "Start Playing" to open the Log In pop up menu

On the pop-up menu, tap the option to log in with your existing account that uses:

  • Google©
  • Facebook©
  • Apple ID© 
  • Your email and password

NOTE: Remember that Free Credits from loyalty rewards and promotional codes expire 180 days after they are added to your account. Your oldest credits will always be used first for any transaction!
