The TouchTunes Rewards program has the following levels, and you will be automatically promoted to the next level when your song play total reaches the number of songs needed within a calendar year:
- Silver: less than 25 song plays during a calendar year
- Gold: 25-99 song plays during a calendar year
- Platinum: 100-499 song plays during a calendar year
- Diamond: 500+ song plays during a calendar year
Levels are earned annually based on the number of completed song plays within a calendar year and are retained throughout the next calendar year.
