If your attempt to share credits with another TouchTunes user was unsuccessful, or someone tried to send you credits but received an error, try checking the following:

  • Make sure you have enough credits in your Wallet for your gift; the number of credits you send to another user can’t exceed the number of credits in your Wallet. Tap the Wallet icon at the top right corner of your screen to purchase more!

  • You may send up to a maximum of 50 credits to other users in any 24 hour period. Attempts to gift additional credits after reaching this cap will display an error message that this action can’t be completed. Try lowering the number of credits you’re trying to send or try again after more time has passed!

  • You can’t gift credits to a user if “Allow incoming credit gifts” is turned off in the recipient’s Privacy settings. Ask your gift recipient to make sure their Profile has the “Allow incoming credit gifts” setting toggled ON. For instructions on how to do this, tap here to view our FAQ article: “How can I allow or prevent my account from receiving credit gifts from other users?”

  • You can’t share credits with a user from the song queue if they played their song in Anonymous mode. This could occur if they manually switched their play mode to Anonymous using the toggle switch while selecting the song, or if their Profile’s “Display username in queue” setting is turned off.
