The TouchTunes app is not intended for use by children; a recent update to our Terms of Service requires our users to be considered legal adults in their place of residence. This typically means you must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of adulthood under the laws of the state/province/country where you live). Upon creating your TouchTunes account, or logging into your existing account which has not yet passed through age verification, you’ll be required to verify your age to continue using the TouchTunes app and other TouchTunes services.
NOTE: By law, TouchTunes is required to delete the account and data of any individual who indicates they are not a legal adult, nor will TouchTunes permit an individual to continue using our app or any of our services until they can provide proper verification of their age.
