In order to activate your Team Rewards challenges, you must be checked in on the TouchTunes app at your work venue, and you must be within 0.3 miles of the jukebox. Your free weekly credits can only be redeemed if the challenges were activated the week prior while you were at work. The challenges can be activated any time during the week until 11:59 PM Sunday.

These GPS validation requirements help prevent abuse of the Team Rewards program while ensuring that team members were active at work that week. You will be notified in the Team Rewards tab if you aren’t close enough or aren’t checked into the correct jukebox to activate your Team Rewards challenges.

If you’re having trouble activating them, try these steps:

• Make sure you’re checked into the correct venue - visit the Places tab and re-select it from the map of jukeboxes near you.
• Make sure you’re checked into the correct jukebox - if your venue has more than one jukebox, you have to check into the same one your account is registered to!
• Make sure your device is currently within 0.3 miles of the jukebox on the Places map – you can still check in from the Favorites or Recent Places tabs as long as you’re close by, but you’ll receive an error if you try to activate your Team Rewards challenges outside of this range.
