Tiers on Play challenges (effective April 1, 2026):

| 200 - 399 Plays | 10 Credits |
| 400 - 649 Plays | 15 Credits |
| 650+ Plays | 20 Credits |
Tiers on Check-In challenges (effective April 1, 2026):
| Check-ins Last Week | Credits You Receive This Week |
| 5 - 34 check-ins | 1 Credit |
| 35 - 74 check-ins | 2 Credits |
| 75 - 124 check-ins | 3 Credits |
| 125+ check-ins | 4 Credits |
Weekly credits you earned this week by meeting the activity tiers shown above are eligible to be claimed from the Rewards tab starting the following Monday. For instructions on how to claim your free credits or Rewards points, please see our FAQ article: "How do I claim my Team Rewards challenges?"
NOTE: For all Team Rewards weekly challenges and credit rewards, a “week” is defined as the 7 day period beginning at 12:00 AM EST on Monday, and ending at 11:59 PM EST the following Sunday.
