Weekly Team Rewards credits and points can be redeemed in the Team Rewards screen, which is reached by tapping the toggle switch in the top left corner of the Rewards tab. Once the challenge is completed, you can tap the “Claim” button next to each challenge to earn your rewards.
- Tap the Rewards tab
- At the top left corner, tap the toggle switch to display your Team Rewards
- Tap “Claim” next to any completed challenge to earn the rewards
Rewards can be claimed each week starting on Monday (based on the activity at your venue the week prior) and must be claimed within 7 days. You’ll receive a notification from the TouchTunes app and via email when your rewards are ready to claim!
