Team Rewards challenges are only available to claim after the week has ended! The plays and check-ins on your venue’s jukebox are calculated through 11:59 PM EST on Sunday. At 12:00 AM EST on Monday, the counter resets; plays and check-ins will start counting towards next week’s challenges, and you can claim your credits based on last week’s activity!
